Latest Video from the Rebel Simcard Team showing the unlocking of a locked iphone on the UK O2 Network being using on the latest iphone 3.0 OS beta 2

Great news for all users for iphone 3G users

Only a day after the release of the second iPhone 3.0 developer beta, the firmware has already been jailbroken, hackers claim. A new version of QuickPWN, described as “unofficial” because it is not based on iPhone Dev Team work, opens up iPhones and first-generation iPod touches for purposes such as file browsing and loading unofficial apps. Second-gen Touches are incompatible as a result of Apple’s separation of the firmware line.

After the main software is launched, the hack additionally requires the installation of programs called Icy and OpenSSH.

Download QuickPWN 3.0 Beta 2

Note: This is BETA software, and some jailbroken apps may not work.

iphone 3g unlock 3.0

We just got the announcement from the Rebel Simcard Developement Team  iPhone OS 3.0 beta 2 has been tested succesfully using Rebel Simcard V61

All users who have currently updated to the iphone 3g v3.0 beta 2 can still use the latestV61  firmware from us to unlock the iphone 3G .

These are instructions on how to jailbreak and Activate your 3G iPhone to the 2.1-2.2.1 iPhone firmware using QuickPwn for Windows.

We always advise to use itunes to Activate you iphone 3G.

However many users who have purchased an iphone 3G from another country and do not have the orignal network simcard cannot do this on itunes online.

This Tutorial can Activate a non activated iphone 3g and also can jailbreak using the same method.

Step One

Create a folder called Pwnage on your desktop.

Download the following files and place them in the Pwnage folder you just created:

QuickPwn-225-2.zip

FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO UNLOCK:

2.2.0 (3G): iPhone1,2_2.2_5G77_Restore.ipsw

FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT WANT TO UNLOCK:

2.2.1 (3G): iPhone1,2_2.2.1_5H11_Restore.ipsw

Extract the QuickPwn-225-2.zip file to the Pwnage folder.

Step Two

Connect your iPhone to the computer and launch iTunes.

Select your iPhone from the list of devices on the left. Now hold down shift and click the Restore button. Restore is preferred as it won’t create any wasted space on your iPhone.

Navigate to the Pwnage folder on your desktop and select the firmware ipsw. Click the Open button to continue.

Step Three

Once iTunes has finished updating your iPhone to the desired firmware you may launch QuickPwn.exe from the Pwnage folder on your desktop.

Step Four

Make sure you iPhone is connected to the computer and click the blue arrow to continue.

Step Five

Click the Browse button to locate your iPhone firmware.

Step Six

Select the firmware ipsw from the Pwnage folder on your desktop then click the Open button.

Step Seven

QuickPwn will check to make sure the ipsw is valid. Click the blue arrow button to continue.

Step Eight

You can now select whether to Add Cydia, Add Installer, or Replace Boot Logos. Select the ones you would like to perform then click the clue arrow button

Step Nine

QuickPwn will now ask you to confirm your iPhone is connected via USB before continuing. Click the blue arrow button to proceed.

Step Ten

QuickPwn will now automatically put your iPhone into recovery mode. Once its in recovery mode you will be prompted to: Hold the Home button for 5 seconds, Hold the Home and Power buttons for 10 seconds, then release the Power button and continuing holding the Home button until your iPhone is in DFU mode.

Watch the prompts carefully and follow along.

Step Eleven

Once QuickPwn detects your iPhone in DFU mode it will begin the jailbreak process.

Step Twelve

Once jailbreaking is complete QuickPwn will inform you that it was successfull.

Detailed below are the GPRS settings for various worldwide networks. You should note that we cannot guarantee the correctness or validity of the GPRS settings published below and therefore cannot guarantee that the GPRS settings below will work with your Nokia phone. It is also worth noting that many network require GPRS services to be activated on a phone account before GPRS services can be accessed via a mobile phone, therefore you should check with your network service provider to make sure that you have GPRS activated on your phone account before attempting to change GPRS settings on your  phone.

Solutions Point Limited, UK today introduces its flagship product, Rebel Sim card which can bypass network locks on all mobile phones.

Rebel Sim card has been released today by Solutions Point Limited, UK, they claim this product to be in the line of those smart technological solutions who will bring a revolution in the mobile phone unlocking industry, it would revolutionarise the way people use their mobile phones, by bringing in options which were not possible before.

Rebel Sim card can bypass network locks on almost all phones available in the market till date, and it would also support 95% of upcoming phone models out of the box, without making any changes to Rebel Sim card.

Rebel Sim card is used in parallel to the existing sim card as its only 0.10mm thick, therefore can be inserted along with existing simcard in any of the mobile phones available throughout the world.
It can also be removed easily, without causing any damage to the phone and the phone does not lose its warranty!

Rebel Simcard is the World’s first sim card which is fully compatible with UMTS technologies, which means users will get the same quality of service as they would get with a fully unlocked phone.

Rebel Sim card is transparent to the mobile phone, it does not interrupt in any of the existing features the simcard or the mobile phone has to offer either it be emails, Wifi, Bluetooth, 3G, GPS or any other service, rather it enhances the existing features with its proprietary menu which gives the user a whole lot of control over how Rebel Sim card functions for a particular mobile phone.

Rebel Sim card is backed up by experienced and highly skilled development team along with hundreds of beta testers throughout the world, who test Rebel Sim card on almost any new phone which is released in any part of the world.

Rebel Sim card also has a STK menu, Apart from giving better control to the end user on the Rebel Simcard features, This menu enables it to run high security applications like banking services, transactions etc, moreover it enhances the existing network simcard by adding more features to it, like Value Added Services, Telecom applications, Logos, Ringtones etc. This makes it a one and only choice for MVNO’s who are trying to discover new lands and increase their market share.

However the technology behind bypassing of network locks on a mobile phone looks rather complex and is no way a game of a common man, but by bringing the ease of use and simplicity Rebel Sim card provides to unlock a mobile phone to common people who know nothing about this technology, depicts a fine example, how difficult things can be made so simple by people who are behind such technologies and are working hard and writing new rules of the game
